In early March 2020 our management team began closely monitoring the Coronavirus Pandemic also known as COVID-19 and preparing for the negative impact on the food service industry.  We continue to reinforce and implement precautionary measures across our cooking, serving and packaging for carryout of all pop-ups, affiliate locations and tours, including frequent and thorough handwashing and sanitizing as well as closely monitoring the health of our team members.

We are closely monitoring the CDC for updates and are in frequent contact with the State of California and able to quickly institute any additional health and safety processes and procedures that may be needed. This may be a difficult time for many, but we want to reassure you that we're always putting your health, safety and well-being first.

Employee Health, Safety and Knowledge

Here are some of the ways our staff is practicing safe

Hand Hygiene: Proper and frequent hand-washing is vital to help combat the spread of viruses.

Ongoing Training: In addition to our regular training, we are completing enhanced COVID-19 awareness training as a team.

Potential Exposure: Employees who exhibit COVID-19 symptoms, those who live with someone exhibiting symptoms, or anyone who has been exposed to the virus are mandated to not come to work.


Our Commitment to Cleanliness

We take standards for hygiene and cleanliness very seriously and are taking additional steps to ensure the safety of our customers and employees. On a daily basis, the management team is vigorously working to ensure that we meet the latest guidance on hygiene and cleaning. Our health and safety measures are designed to address a broad spectrum of viruses, including COVID-19. We try using only eco-friendly products in all instances possible.


Cleaning Products and Protocols

We utilize cleaning products and protocols which are effective against viruses. We’ve reinforced our existing cleaning procedures with team members and we've:

  • increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfecting in high-touch items.

  • increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfecting in public spaces.

Back of House: In the spaces where employees work “behind the scenes,” we are increasing the frequency of cleaning and focusing on high-touch areas like staff entrances, offices, conference rooms and kitchen areas.


Service and Tour Policy

  • It will be mandatory that customers and staff wear a face-mask at all times during public events. Bring your own or be prepared to wear a mask we provide.

  • Temperatures of staff will be taken at the beginning of each shift. Hand sanitizer will be available for use.

  • Credit or debit cards will be accepted, no cash.

  • We will be reminding customers to maintain a safe distance of 6 feet apart.

  • High trafficked areas on-site including surfaces, handles, and credit card machines will be cleaned and sanitized multiple times per day for your safety.
